Tukiendorf Training Institute, Inc., d/b/a
TTI Medical Training School (“TTI”), respects the privacy of students, applicants, and visitors.
TTI Medical Training School values your privacy and ensures that your text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared, sold, rented, or disclosed with any third parties under any
circumstances. This includes phone numbers, message content, and consent data provided for text messaging purposes.
Phone numbers and SMS consent will not be shared, sold, rented, or disclosed to any third parties for marketing purposes.
When you sign up to receive text messages from TTI Medical Training School, we collect your mobile phone number, the date and time you gave consent, and any details you provide on the sign-up form, such as your name and email address.
We use your mobile number to send you the messages you agreed to receive. These may include class and schedule updates, attendance and academic notices, clinical schedules, payment reminders, emergency alerts, replies to your questions, and — where you have separately
agreed — promotional messages.
We collect consent through an opt-in form at ttimedicalschool.com and on the school’s enrollment agreement, where you actively tick a checkbox to agree to receive text messages. Consent is never a condition of enrollment or of receiving any service from the school.
You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. For assistance, reply HELP or contact us at (773) 774-2222 or office@TTiMedicalSchool.com.
We protect the information we hold using industry-standard safeguards, including restricted access and secure storage.
We keep your mobile number and consent record for as long as you remain opted in, and after that only as long as we are required to for legal and regulatory purposes. You may request deletion by contacting us at office@TTiMedicalSchool.com.
For any privacy question about our text
messaging program, contact us at (773) 774-2222 or office@TTiMedicalSchool.com.
Separately from the text messaging program, TTI collects information necessary to enroll students and deliver instruction, including application and academic records, and documentation required for clinical placement, certification, or State registry eligibility. Such records are used only to provide educational services and to meet the school’s legal and regulatory obligations, and are disclosed only with the student’s authorization or where required by law. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are excluded from the disclosures described in this section and are never shared under any circumstances.
