Student Complaint and Grievance Procedure

TTI Medical Training School encourages students to resolve concerns directly with the school. Students are encouraged to first address any disagreement or dispute with the School Director.

Internal Procedure

Submit the concern in writing to the School Director at office@TTiMedicalSchool.com or 5310 N. Harlem Avenue, Suite 209, Chicago, IL 60656.
The school will acknowledge the complaint and review the matter.
The school will provide a written response describing the outcome and any corrective action.

Filing a Complaint with the Illinois Board of Higher Education

Complaints that cannot be resolved by direct negotiation with the school in accordance with its written grievance policy may be filed with:

Nothing in any school agreement prohibits a student from making truthful statements about the school, posting honest reviews, or filing a complaint with the Illinois Board of Higher Education or any other government agency.
